Thank you for another wonderful season. Keep running during the off season and remember that practice builds confidence and practice makes permanent.

Race Day Procedures.
- First race starts at 8:30- 6 and under boys followed shortly by girls.
- Every 6-8 minutes they send the next age group in order all the way to 11 year old girls.
- Please be at the Carillon flag by 8:05, we will have a team warm up at 8:10.
- Runners can leave immediate after their own race. If runner places in top 15, awards are handed out within 10 minutes of their race.
- 5,6,7 year old run ½ mile. 8 and up run 1 mile.
- PARENTAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED.
